We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager in our High Street charity shop in Marlborough, which sells donated fashion, collectables, occasional furniture and home decor.
As Shop Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of a profitable charity shop, using your experience to organise stock, plan the optimal shop layout and create enticing window displays, delivering a brilliant shopping experience acting as the face of Helen & Douglas House onto the local community.
You will lead and inspire a team and be trusted to recruit and manage volunteer support, so ideally you will have previous experience in managing teams effectively in a retail or charity sector environment.
You will be commercially focused, have a passion to outperform the competition, and aim to give great customer service that will keep them coming back for more!
Experience of developing and implementing plans to maximise sales potential, generate high-quality stock donations and good administration and IT skills are going to help you achieve your shop’s objectives.
