We're on the hunt for an innovative, hands-on HR Manager to join our client's dynamic company based in Colchester. Having doubled in size over the past year, their growing team now supports 60+ colleagues across three departments—and you will be the driving force behind their people strategy!
What You'll Do:
1. Act as the primary HR contact, supporting Directors and the senior leadership team.
2. Oversee full-spectrum HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
3. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support our rapid growth.
4. Manage day-to-day operations with the expert support of a HR outsourced company.
5. Maintain and update HR documents, policies, and health & safety procedures.
6. Bring fresh, innovative ideas to boost employee engagement and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
1. CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent HR management experience).
2. A proven track record in HR within a fast-growing organisation.
3. Strong strategic and operational HR skills with the ability to work autonomously.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Working Hours & Benefits:
1. Standard hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
2. Profit-related bonus after 1 year of service.
