Our client, a leading B2B manufacture, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Needham Market on a full time permanent basis. The Customer Service Representative will join a busy team of experienced Customer Service professionals, reporting to the Office Manager. Key Job duties Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving any customer issues efficiently Process orders and update customer accounts accurately Liaise with internal teams to coordinate deliveries and stock availability General administration/data entry Ideal Candidate Attributes Previous experience in a customer service or a account management role Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
