SALARY: Band D: LCSW ($62,400-$79,000/year), Band E: LICSW & LMHC ($69,700-$91,500/year)

CRCH is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Clinician to join our Behavioral Health Department and provide direct, collaborative care within our Behavioral Health Department. This role offers an opportunity to engage in outpatient therapy, offer diagnostic and therapeutic services, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver evidence-based interventions and trauma informed care, while providing ongoing psychotherapy tailored to the unique cultural backgrounds of patients and their families.
* Complete bio-psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries for assigned caseload. Maintain all documentation in EHR system.
* Aim to achieve 32 billable hours per week, which includes individual therapy, case consultations, or working in an integrated capacity with an interdisciplinary team.
* Serve as a patient advocate by coordinating services or responding to emergencies/ crisis during regularly scheduled work hours.
* Collaborate as an essential member of an interdisciplinary health care team to deliver comprehensive care to patients and their families.
* Uphold patient confidentiality and ensure timely, professional documentation of patient records.
* Attend weekly team meetings, individual supervision, group supervision, and any other meetings identified as pertinent to the role.
* Facilitate referrals for clinically indicated services outside of the primary care clinic with affiliated hospitals and within the community.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Behavioral Health or clinical manager.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, TRAITS, COMPETENCIES
* Master’s clinical social work, psychology, counseling, or related field, with eligibility for licensure (obtain licensure within 1 year from the date of hire).
* Current Massachusetts licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LMFT).
* Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese highly preferred.
* 1+ years of clinical experience, preferably in community health or mental health settings.
* Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
* Experience in mental health assessment, crisis intervention, and evidence-based treatments (trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, etc.).
* Ability to complete accurate and timely documentation using EHR systems; prior EHR experience preferred.
* Our clinic operates from 8:30am to 7:00pm on Mondays through Thursdays and 8:30am to 5:00pm on Fridays. Clinicians are required to work one evening per week from 10:30am to 7:00pm, with the option to work remotely one day per week.
* Experience with diverse populations and demonstrated understanding of intersectional issues (racism, homophobia, etc.).
* Experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ communities, and individuals affected by mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and trauma is strongly preferred.
* Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
* On rare occasions, collaborate with the director to provide coverage for scheduled sessions during other providers' vacations, emergencies, or personal/family leaves, with the flexibility to offer support at both locations as needed to ensure seamless care.
* Contribute to CRCH’s behavioral health initiatives.
