Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at SDS Talent. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct approaches.
* Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the required skill set and cultural fit for clients.
* Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, provide insights on the talent market, and advise on sourcing strategies.
* Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates and keep them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
* Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date records are kept for each candidate.
* Job Advertising: Write and post job adverts in a way that attracts suitable candidates and reflects the client’s brand.
* Interview Coordination: Organise and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring smooth communication and a positive candidate experience.
* Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of offers between candidates and clients, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the outcome.
* Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the recruitment and industry sectors to provide clients with current market insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, ideally in an agency or consultancy environment.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions for clients.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment software, databases, and social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
