The Opportunity In this role, you will work to support vulnerable students and apprentices who are at risk of harm and in doing so, instigate positive interventions and liaise with external agencies to ensure their safety, well-being, ability to learn, achieve and prosper. About you You will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage effectively with vulnerable young people and adults. You will have a strong understanding of safeguarding thresholds and be able to effectively triage to internal and external support agencies in accordance with risk to address support needs and safeguarding concerns.
