Essential skills/Experience/Qualifications
Good oral and written communication skills (Essential)
Previous Management experience (Essential_
Previous experience in the dental sector (Desirable)
Experience of equality and diversity and complaints handling (Desirable)
At least 2 years’ experience within the dental industry
Have proven practice management skills
Have good financial skills and able to manage costs
Excellent people management skills and be familiar with HR regulations and procedures
Have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in dealing with both staff and patients.
Have good computer skills and be able to work with SOE, Word and Excel
