Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 The successful Sales Progressor will be offered: Up to £28,000 basic salary £30,000 - £36,000 OTE Payment for parking Mileage Incentives and competitions Team events Generous holiday entitlement—20 days plus bank holidays, with an extra day off for your birthday and shut down over the Christmas period Sales Progressor requirements: Proven track record in sales progression or a conveyancing background Be a team player Strong communication and organisational skills Manage own workload effectively Ability to manage expectations from the start of the process UK driving license and access to own car Key tasks for the Sales Progressor role will include, but will not be limited to: Progress sales effectively through the pipeline. Managing a pipeline of 60 properties Manage and track multiple cases at a time. Achieve monthly expectations Maintain high customer satisfaction to meet commission targets. Contribute positively to the team and company culture.
