Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Coordinator at EcoFuture and you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks on projects ensuring project effectiveness, procurement and P&L for operational activities.
About the Role:
* We are seeking to appoint a Projects Co-Ordinator with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within the M&E or Construction industry.
* The successful candidate will join and become an integral part of a growing progressive company.
* The ideal candidate should have experience managing and planning projects on domestic households or commercial premises.
The Role Will Involve:
* Supporting the service delivery of Air Source Heat Pump projects and successfully collaborating between the external and internal parties.
* Full responsibility for project administration and coordination between EcoFuture & relevant stakeholders.
* Updating in-house CRM software on each project to ensure all internal staff have visibility on a project.
* Providing support in preparing project execution plans.
* Various other project coordination and delivery tasks.
* Building and maintaining positive relationships both within the business and with external clients and contacts.
The Person:
* Construction, Mechanical or Electrical background.
* Great communicator who can easily adapt and collaborate with engineers.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
