As a Waking Night Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!
Our residential service in Taunton has its own sensory room, raised beds for gardening and a sand pit within its lovely gardens. With a relaxed and friendly environment, you can be sure that no two days will be the same! As a Night Support Worker, youll be enhancing the lives of people we support by assisting with bedtime routines, including personal care and completing regular checks throughout the night. You will also be expected to complete light domestic duties in any spare time.
This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
