Key Responsibilities Executive Support Manage the schedules and calendars of senior executives, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Organize and coordinate leadership team meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Administrative Support Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Manage expense reports and budgets for executive activities. Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow across the organization. Oversee the organization of events, conferences, and team-building activities. Project Coordination Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team. Monitor project deadlines and ensure deliverables are met. Provide research and analysis to support decision-making processes. Office Management Ensure the efficient running of office operations, including supplies, facilities, and equipment. Serve as a point of contact for IT and other support services as needed. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Google Workspace. Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new software and tools. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.
