We are recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Process Leader for a global leader in advanced manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in Sheffield, playing a key role in managing vital supply chain activities. The successful candidate will handle purchase orders, supply chain forecasting, and risk management, while also coordinating logistics, ensuring import/export compliance, and supporting commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage direct procurement orders and track progress
Obtain and evaluate quotations from external sub-contractors
Oversee Import and Export Control processes, ensuring accurate documentation
Handle customer invoicing and consumables stock management
Negotiate commercial terms for consumable parts and services
Arrange logistics to support supply chain operations
Provide administrative support for quality archiving and general operationsCandidate Requirements:
Strong understanding of production planning and supply chain processes
Experience in manufacturing environments (aerospace experience advantageous)
Solid commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
