Area Sales Manager / Sales Engineer / Distribution Sales Manager required to join a global leading engineering manufacturer.
The successful candidate will work remotely, predominantly generating sales and managing key accounts via distribution channels for compressed air products and solutions including industrial compressors, blowers and dryers, compressed air tools and accessories.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling a technical engineering product, preferably compressed air or transferable products such as pumps, valves, plant equipment, pneumatics, medical gas, hydrogen, hydraulics, rotating equipment, MRO, machinery, industrial systems or similar. Full product training provided.

* £40,000-£50,000 depending on compressed air experience

Role Responsibilities
* Managing a number of key accounts for compressed air equipment via distribution channels.
* Highly targeted on generating new business selling compressed air products and services.
* Maintaining new industrial compressed air sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
* Working closely with the compressed air Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service.
* Liaising with various engineering departments.
* Fully remote, home-based, with regular travel visiting customers across the South UK.
Requirements
* Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Representative or similar within compressed air or industrial engineering.
* Compressor Service Engineers looking to transition into a sales role are encouraged to apply.
* Experience selling a technical engineering product, preferably compressed air or transferable products.
* A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND or Degree would be advantageous.
* Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with a reputable global compressed air manufacturer.
* Full clean driving license and willingness to work fully remote with regular travel across the South UK.
