The Job:
This position presents a thrilling opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives on challenges and innovation. Your responsibilities will include overseeing operations across North Yorkshire, focusing on driving business growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring utmost client satisfaction. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in guiding our rural surveying team, nurturing existing client relationships, and fostering new ones to further expand our reach.
Key responsibilities for this role encompass overseeing and managing daily practice operations, devising and executing strategies to stimulate business growth and streamline operations, as well as leading, mentoring, and advancing the rural surveying team. You will also be instrumental in maintaining and elevating relationships with current clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities, all while upholding the highest standards of professional service and compliance.
The Candidate:
1. Proven experience at Head of Practice or Rural Partner level (highly desirable)
2. MRICS qualified
3. Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
4. Commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of service
5. Full UK driving licence
