Family Law Solicitor Norwich
Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Family Law Solicitor for a highly established Solicitors practice in Norwich.
How does the day-to-day look?
* Provide a thorough knowledge of all aspects of family law.
* Undertake fee-earning work.
* Maintain relationships with staff and clients.
* Conduct matters on behalf of clients in family law and related matters.
* Maintain orderly and up-to-date files, including electronic files, and comply with the firm’s policies on file management.
* Cross-refer work and clients within the firm.
* Ensure compliance with the firm’s policies.
* Recognise fee-earning opportunities and develop those opportunities.
You will have:
* Innovative mindset to recognise and develop opportunities for the department.
* Ability to identify and enable business development opportunities.
* Support the successful development of the firm in line with its objectives.
* Deliver a high standard of client care.
* Participate in the firm’s marketing activities.
* Utilise and assist in the development of relevant IT and case management systems for the department.
* Perform any other matters reasonably required by the Partners.
* Qualified solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE.
* Experience in Family Law across all aspects of relationship breakdowns, separation, divorce, dissolution, and financial remedy applications in medium to high-net-worth cases; private law; minors; pre and post-nuptial agreements.
* Excellent communication and personal skills.
* A network of existing contacts.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
