Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 OTE: £50,000

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire

Shift: 3 days on 4 off, 5 nights on 5 off, 3 days on 4 off again (12 hour shifts)

We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias) to join a large manufacturing company based in Banbury, Oxfordshire. This role will consist of planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding on both mechanical and electrical components, projects, and continuous improvement. This role is perfect for a candidate who wants to work hands-on, get trained both mechanically and electrically, and improve their technical skills. This company is looking for a maintenance engineer who wants to be with the business long term and wants to progress through the hierarchy.


Skills Required for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

1. Previous experience working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias
2. Electrical Engineering Qualification – Level 3 or above
3. Factory, Manufacturing or Forces Background
