Marketing Manager: Office Based: £40-£50k DOE- Bolton This is an extremely exciting opportunity to work for a prestigious, Internationally renowned, British brand leading manufacturer, founded by an expert in the company’s industry. This role is to: Develop and implement marketing strategies that will deliver business growth and improvement in brand health, lead generation and sales. The role will also be overseeing 3 members of the Marketing team ( Digital and Social Media, Events Manager and CRM) the role will require you to be available for marketing events/trade shows over the weekends occasionally of which time will be taken off during the week to suit the applicant. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Bolton, Greater Manchester. The day to day key responsibilities: Develop an aligned marketing calendar incorporating all relevant aspects of brand and product marketing activity Execute marketing and brand activation plans with excellence against agreed KPI’s Drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and sales ensuring all commercial and strategic goals are met Manage external agency and supplier relationships and maximise return on investment Build and manage relationships with key media and influencers to drive KPIs Understand product, dealer and consumer, identifying target markets and analysing market trends Closely co-operate with sales, CRM and other key stakeholders to secure a best practice level of implementation of marketing strategy Lead the execution and implementation process for brand activation tool kits from briefing requirements to multi-channel deployment Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure efficiency and commercial success Manage budgets and costs within agreed measures Be the “company consumer activation” point of contact both internally and externally Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: High professional maturity Highly collaborative with strong copywriting and communication skills High influencing skills and ability to make fact-based decisions Strong analytical skills Structured, organized and process orientated Strong business acumen, ability to assume a broader perspective (cross-markets) Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 10 Years marketing management experience Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation Market Analysis and Advertising Campaign Management PR and Influencer marketing Brand Management and Product Marketing Digital Marketing Social Media Marketing and Email Marketing Experience in the high value product Industry is a plus The company are currently putting together a full staff benefits package which will be available to all staff shortly, but currently offer, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays a working week of 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and pension.
