An opportunity has arisen for a confident and organised individual to join the Nursing Directorate’s Administration Support Team based at Randolph Wemyss Memorial Hospital on a temporary basis.
This post will provide comprehensive personal secretarial and administrative support to the Director and Heads of Nursing which will require a high level of skills and competencies.
You will also provide a comprehensive administrative service for designated local and Fife wide meetings which will include minute taking. You should be able to manage complex diaries, extract, collate and summarise data for written or statistical reports or returns.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to use your own initiative and work as part of a wider team are essential. The aptitude to work to strict deadlines, under pressure with minimal supervision is also required.
You should be educated to HNC / HND level and/or have relevant equivalent experience preferably within an NHS environment. Advanced working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages is essential.
You may be required to travel throughout the Fife area.
