Senior Business Intelligence & Data Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to join a mature and high performing BI and Data Team at one of New Zealand's leading exporters.
At ANZCO we are a data driven organisation and are dedicated to leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and innovation. We are looking for a talented Senior BI and Data Analyst to join our team and help us transform data into actionable insights.
You will be working alongside an established team and will be eager to help the company forge ahead in its data journey. The successful candidate will be a positive, team orientated individual who can take initiative and is always looking for better ways of doing things.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
1. 5+ years experience in BI, Data Warehouse and Data Solutions
2. Proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tools
3. Proven experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI or Tableau)
4. Understanding of enterprise data management and architectures
5. Track record of championing data within an organisation
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven history of relationship building within an organisation at different levels.
Key Responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
1. Responsibility for analysing, building and promoting business intelligence solutions, undertaking documentation processing and carrying out analysis projects as required
2. Creating new data analysis processes
3. Translating business needs to technical specifications
4. Evaluate and improve existing BI systems
5. Define and lead programmes of work across the business addressing gaps and providing solutions in and leading the development and execution of our data strategy.
6. Help develop the reporting systems that will give ANZCO Foods information to assist with the group-wide data management strategy
