Role Responsibilities: As a General Cover Supervisor, you will:
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in various subjects across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring continuity of learning during teachers' absences
.• Uphold and support the school’s new behaviour policy to maintain a productive, respectful, and engaging learning environment.
• Guide individual and group learning activities, assisting students in understanding tasks and encouraging positive engagement.
Requirements :
* Experience working with young people, ideally within an educational or mentoring role.
* Strong classroom management skills, with an understanding of safeguarding practices.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive, supportive approach.
* Flexibility, resilience, and commitment to working in a fast-paced school setting.
