An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Service Manager supporting the Urgent Community Response Services Directorate Management Team. Key Responsibilities
* Operational Support: Reporting to the Directorate General Manager (DGM), the post holder will support the Group Management Team in the day-to-day operational running of the Group services, including site management responsibilities across all SWBH sites.

Main Duties of the Job

* Degree or demonstrable experience within NHS.

* Recent general management experience in the NHS with responsibility for operational matters including staff management, budgetary responsibility, performance targets, waiting list management, discharge arrangements.
