What you will do in your working day
Tasks will include:
* Serving and speaking to customers
* Helping customer to find and buy the right products
* Handling cash, taking card payments and balancing a till
* Stocking shelves and displaying goods
* Pricing items
* Dealing with customer complaints (with managers help)
* Keeping the shop clean and tidy
The training you will be getting
* Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship qualification
* Support with English and maths if required
* End Point Assessment
* Work based learning
