B&FC are welcoming applications for a Full Time Wellbeing Mentors in our Student, Support, Wellbeing and Inclusion team.
You will be responsible for providing targeted support to all students and apprentices where a Mental Health or Wellbeing concern has been identified, ensuring that they receive the correct level of support at the earliest opportunity. This will involve the triage of a digitised referral system, signposting to both internal and external sources of support, providing both short term and crisis support interventions whilst managing a small caseload using an Early Help approach.
