We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Kier Places team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday
What will you be responsible for?
As Commercial Administrator, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in delivering an incredibly wide range of innovative management and maintenance solutions right across the UK.
Your day to day will include:
* Managing own workload of work orders for the assigned contract manager, identifying and prioritising the specific work orders required to hit SLA's and meet our KPI's.
* Ensure Tier 1 Estimates and Tier 2 Quotes are calculated accurately and work orders costed at completion are costed accurately based on completion information.
* All subcontractor Estimates and Quotes are reviewed and challenged to ensure transparency and value for money are achieved.
* Estimates and costings below £10K are produced using Schedule of Rates (SORs), ensuring appropriate margins are achieved.
* Ensuring that Quotes exceeding £10k for Tier 2 works, 3 tenders are submitted and that these are provided with a recommendation for the Client to accept.

This role of Commercial Administrator is great for you if:
* Ability to build strong relationships with others inside and outside the business through regular interactions.
* Manage own workload, being able to identify and prioritise multiple different work activities to ensure we can hit SLA's and meet KPI's.
* Ability to work towards individual performance targets.
* A base level understanding of Microsoft Office, being able to understand and use Excel spreadsheets with large data sets.
