As Contracts Executive you will be overseeing the lifecycle of contracts within the Sales and Business Development Team and managing the execution of agreements between internal and external parties. This role involves assisting teams with the drafting and reviewing contracts and maintaining accurate records. The Contract Executive also plays a crucial role in managing amendments for renewals. By effectively managing these responsibilities, the Contract Executive contributes to the smooth and efficient operation of the organisation, ensuring all agreements are legally sound and aligned with company objectives. As Contracts Executive, you will be; Collaborating with internal teams (legal, corporate, account managers) as needed to prepare and review, terms and conditions ensuring alignment with organisational policies and legal standards. Coordinating with the legal team to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Assisting in the management of contract amendments and renewals by keeping track of contract milestones, expiry dates, and renewal opportunities. Overseeing the signing and execution of contracts between parties. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records and versions of contracts are maintained in the centralised system for easy reference. Providing administrative support to manage identified potential risks in contracts, acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure that actions or plans are effectively communicated and implemented to mitigate, control, or eliminate risks and their potential impact. To be successful as Contracts Executive… Experience of contract management, negotiation and influencing skills Able to communicate and manage multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant database tools.
