You will be working with our complex and vulnerable pre diagnosis patients on a cancer pathway and with our non specific symptom pathway. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is patient focussed and committed to improvement patient experience, pathways and care. Main duties of the job We are looking for someone who is compassionate, enthusiastic, innovative and wanting to improve the access and experience of patients through diagnostic pathways. You will be required to take responsibility for the delivery and engagement of patients referred on suspected cancer 2ww pathway, as well as acting as a role model and maintain effective collaborative relationships across the multi-disciplinary team. You will be invited to attend CNS forums and encouraged to undertake continuing professional development. The successful candidate will be required to travel across sites as per service needs.
