The Clare Project: Support services and community investment-development-equity for trans/TNBI adults in Sussex
The Clare Project team is delighted to be sharing this unique and exciting opportunity to join our team in this key role. As outlined in the job pack, the Executive Director for The Clare Project holds the crucial role of the overall leadership, development and strategy of the charity. The postholder is ultimately responsible for ensuring our values are upheld throughout all areas of work, alongside enabling sustainable financial growth and development of services. The Executive Director acts as a visible and vital linchpin between our community, staff team, partners and Board of Trustees. In line with significant growth of the charity over the past 7 years, this role has evolved from Service Manager through to our current CEO, Gray Hutchins. We envision this post to be a unique opportunity for a TNBI community member who is ambitious regarding personal and organisational growth, alongside sharing our relentless passion for community inclusion, equity and empowerment.
“We need someone who is resilient and hopeful. Things are going to be hard and someone taking on this role needs to be prepared for a fight, but also believe it is worth it and we can make a difference.”
