We're looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead strategic customer onboarding.
Your Role:
* Day-to-day: Manage projects, liaise with clients and teams, and improve processes.
* Strategic: Oversee large and complex customer implementations.
* Leadership: Mobilise and motivate teams, ensure project success, and communicate effectively.
* Senior Leadership Engagement: Communicate with and influence senior leaders.
* Customer Focus: Deliver excellent service, training, and support.
* Process Improvement: Conduct post-implementation reviews; identify and implement improvements for better efficiency.
* Collaboration: Work closely with global and local teams for seamless project delivery.
* Project Management: Plan, track, and manage projects from start to finish.
What You'll Need:
1. Extensive experience of project and change management, particularly in cross-functional supply chain and tech.
