About the Role:
As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the launch, leadership, and day-to-day operations of this brand-new service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team management. Key Responsibilities:
* Service Leadership & Development:
o Oversee the opening and registration of a brand-new EBD home.
o Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team of support staff.
o Implement policies, procedures, and best practices in line with Ofsted regulations.
* Care & Safeguarding:
o Provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for young people.
o Ensure effective care planning and behavioural support strategies.
o Work closely with social workers, families, and external agencies to support each child’s journey.
* Compliance & Quality Assurance:
o Lead the home to achieve and maintain Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
o Ensure all safeguarding, care planning, and risk management processes are in place.
o Continuously monitor and improve the quality of care.
