We have an exciting opportunity for Business Development Administrator to join our Business Development Team within The Princess Grace Hospital. This role is vital in providing sales support to the Business Development Managers (BDM’s) enabling the BDM’s to maximise the time spent engaging with consultants. You will also be the key point of contact and owner for all requests relating to the setup, amend or closure of CWS (“Community Wide Scheduling”) diaries across the facility. You will be the facility’s subject matter expert for all aspects of CWS set up and training and will lead on the onboarding of new and existing Consultants, providing tailored training to Consultants and/or Consultant Secretaries to accelerate CWS usage and adoption at site. Training will be delivered through a mix of online and face to face meetings (on and off site) as necessitated by the client.

What you'll do:
1. To be the focal point for Consultant and Consultant Secretaries for establishing Logon ID and Passwords for relevant systems (Examples: Windows Login and Email/Internet access - Patient Keeper – W – Meditech – PACS, Remote Access)
2. Assist with and or produce bespoke customer reports relating to CWS as and when requested
3. To manage the on-boarding of new Consultants by proactively coordinating across Consultants, Consultant Secretaries, and internal HCA departments
4. To own the resolution of system issues for Consultants on a day to day basis
5. Produce monthly report showing effective progress to date, highlighting gaps and future opportunities
6. Manage and communicate effectively with customers, or internal staff, resolving any day to day queries (or escalating upwards) as they arise
7. Pro-actively manage any calls which come into the team by either resolving the customer query, or passing the call through to the correct department and/or person.
8. To effectively and efficiently own and manage any customer queries or escalations until resolution is passed to you from the BDM team
What you'll bring:
9. Previous sales admin/sales support/account management experience within healthcare
10. Ability to build good relationships easily and work collaboratively with colleagues and customers
11. Great attention to detail and be able to work well in a team as well as on your own initiative Excellent communication skills
12. Computer literate- hands on experience with CRM Software and MS Office
