Construction Administrator
Location: Greater London
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
My client are a reputable civil engineering contractor working within a variety of sectors, including the highways. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Construction Administrator to join their team in South-East London. This is a good opportunity for someone early in their career, either a recent graduate or with 1-2 years of experience, who is looking to gain hands-on experience in construction project management and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
·Perform material take-offs and manage material ordering for various projects.
·Assist with the preparation of method statements, as-built surveys, and job resourcing.
·Provide technical administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth work flow and effective communication.
·Work on a range of projects varying in size.
·Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
·A recent graduate or 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally with some exposure to construction or related industries.
·Strong understanding of construction processes, even if gained in a different sector.
·Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
·Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
·Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a flexible approach to responsibilities.
·Able to commute to South-East London location.
Package:
