We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team at Market Drayton. We are looking for an experienced individual to oversee and deliver change initiatives on behalf of the HR Department. Projects must be delivered to the correct level of cost, time and quality managing risks and issues through the life cycle of the project delivery. Please note that this role is for a 6 month Secondment. In this role the key responsibilities will include: Planning and defining the scope of any existing and up and coming projects. Accountable for managing resource and task allocation. Responsible for day-to-day management of the project. Resource planning over the function. Completing project documentation in line with the project life cycle methodology. Provide team leadership including the project team and direct reports. Controlling the quality of output to ensure that project is delivered to the highest standard. Engage with key stakeholders to promote the project deliveries. Key skills & experience:- Effective communication skills. In depth knowledge of Project Management. Strong leadership skills / ability to mentor and lead other team members.
