You will work in collaboration with partners to provide support, advice and guidance for children and their families where there are no safeguarding concerns. A key part of your role will be challenging colleagues and partners, making sure that they are aware of their responsibilities and accountabilities to ensure early intervention and preventative services are provided which promote inclusion in the community. You will work in partnership with a range of organisations across the multi-agency hub, Family Hubs, education and health providers, district councils and voluntary sector groups to coordinate seamless support pathways for children, young people and families. You will coordinate and oversee alongside the Team Manager the operational delivery of Early Help Advisors. You will provide quality assurance, advice, practice guidance, co-working, mentoring, and modelling of best practice to team members and colleagues, both internal staff and external partners, to ensure best practice and standards are met. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check to assess the suitability of candidates to work with children or other vulnerable groups.
