What will the day-to-day duties involve?
Build strong and effective relationships with existing clients and new business clients to place candidates into workplaces.
Identify and engage with new clients to expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.
Maintain up to date knowledge and in-depth expertise of the external recruitment market
Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments, to ensure suitability for client roles.
Monitor the quality of all candidates and ensure that the adverts and interviews during recruitment process are of a high standard
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and proactively match them with suitable job opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback.
