To assist in the provision and maintenance of a high quality, specialised cleaning service by providing cleaning and associated duties to both ward and departmental areas within the Trust.
This is a key post vital to maintaining the Trusts hygiene and control of infection guidelines.
General duties will include:
Cleaning.
Use of specialist cleaning equipment including suction cleaners and scrubber driers.
To be helpful, courteous and kind to colleagues, staff, patients and visitors alike.
To be aware of patient’s dignity and privacy needs at all times and to act appropriately.
To support the philosophy of team building within the department.
Effective, positive communication.
To ensure that the Department’s philosophy of quality care and customer service is reflected in practice to the benefit of all Hospital Service User
