Training Program:
* One-week training at the Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, including hotel accommodation
* Follow-up training within the first five to six weeks
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieving business targets consistently
* Managing valuation activities using the Spicerhaart Ways and ROSIE software
* Conducting outbound calls for valuation opportunities
* Fulfilling property call-out campaigns and maintaining ROSIE standards
* Preparing for and participating in morning meetings
* Implementing door-knocking and canvassing strategies, tracking leads and opportunities
* Engaging in daily 1:1 coaching sessions
* Managing portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market
* Responding to intranet leads and maintaining customer communication
* Generating referral business through excellent customer engagement
* Participating in local prospecting activities and building personal brand via social media
* Handling inbound calls to register applicants and identify opportunities
* Encouraging and securing 5-star reviews from satisfied customers

Minimum Requirements:
* Full, clean UK driving license and own vehicle in good condition
