Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with senior staff members; you will be their first point of contact on any queries and benefit from years of first-hand industry knowledge.
* Prepare client packs and documents for meetings; ensure that all client information is up to date prior to meetings and that senior staff are kept informed.
* Provide clients with updates throughout the process, delivering the highest level of customer service to ensure their satisfaction.
* Research companies to obtain information on clients prior to meetings.
* Input client information into systems and act upon tasks quickly and within company guidelines.
* Scan and upload client information on the in-house company systems.
* Ensure client details are up to date and fully compliant.
* Scan and archive files.
* Any other ad hoc duties such as reception cover.
Skill Requirements:
* Educated to a degree level
* Able to build relationships with ease
* Organised and able to work to strict deadlines
* Honest, hardworking, and keen to learn
* Great attention to detail with high standards
This is a full-time permanent hybrid position (2 days in office after probation). The office has parking available and is close to a mainline station.
