The Role
The Warranty and After Care Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by overseeing aftersales service and support operations. This includes managing customer service, repairs, warranty claims, and other post-sale services to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
* Manage customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinate repairs and warranty claims processes to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales service and support operations, increasing customer loyalty and retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
Requirements

Salary
£55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
