The Role As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will: Key Account Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. New Business Development: Drive sales by identifying and converting new business opportunities, particularly within OEMs and integrators. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using the company’s comprehensive product range. Industry Expertise: Work across multiple industries, including automation, robotics, medical, aerospace, and energy, presenting solutions to technical and commercial stakeholders. Territory Management: Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in your region. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Proven Sales Experience: A strong track record in industrial/engineering sales, ideally supporting OEMs and End Users Technical Acumen: While a degree or qualification in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field) is advantageous, practical experience and a sound understanding of mechanical/technical principles are equally valued. Relationship Builder: Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels. Commercial Awareness: A results-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of the sales process and market trends.
