Requirements:
1. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE in French or a relevant subject.
2. Proven experience teaching French in a secondary school setting.
3. Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities.
4. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
5. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Responsibilities:
6. Plan and deliver engaging French lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
7. Assess, monitor, and track student's progress, ensuring they reach their full potential.
8. Prepare students for exams and coursework, supporting their language development.
9. Create a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth.
10. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider school community.
