Our client based in Belfast is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team
Job Description:
- A temporary vacancy at AO grade has arisen within the PRONI Records Management, Cataloguing and Access Team.
The role will involve:
- Preparing and digitising records required for a special project
- Cataloguing records and updating existing catalogue entries
- Transcribing information from original documents, or from digitised copies
- Any other duties as required to assist with branch or organisational business targets.
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- You will have to undergo a Basic Access NI Check.
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.
Wage:
- £12.59ph (weekly)
Location:
- The post is based in the PRONI building, 2 Titanic Boulevard, Titanic Quarter Belfast
Start Date:
- ASAP
Length Of Assignment:
- Until the end of April 2025 (May be extended if required)
Work Pattern:
- Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm).
- Flexi is available
- Post is not suitable for Hybrid working
