Randstad are partnering with a Chartered Building Surveying firm on the Wirral who are searching for a Building Surveyor to join their growing team.
This firm is established and has a great reputation in their line of work. With more work than they can service, their business is booming and they need another Commercial Building Surveyor to join their team of successful Commercial Building Surveyors.
The successful Commercial Building Surveyor will undertake the following duties:
* Undertake on-site surveys and produce detailed reports and recommendations
* Identify defects and advise on remedial work
* Offer guidance and advice to clients on any alterations or improvements
* Prepare budgets and cost plans
* Prepare detailed Schedules of Work
* Meet clients to oversee progress of each project
* Juggle multiple projects at different stages
We are looking for the following skills:
* A RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying
* Minimum of 3 years post grad practical experience
* Excellent surveying technical knowledge
* Strong collaboration and communication skills with colleagues and clients
