About the Role As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a key role in nurturing and educating young learners, following lessons and activities already prepared by the class teacher. Your focus will be on creating an engaging and supportive environment where children can thrive and reach important developmental milestones. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the EYFS curriculum—no planning required, as this is handled by the class teacher. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports every child’s individual needs. Support the social, emotional, and academic growth of the children in your care. Work collaboratively with the class teacher and school staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for the children. Build strong relationships with the children, parents, and colleagues to enhance the learning experience. Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent) and experience working with Early Years children. Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum. Be passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting children’s development. Be adaptable, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young learners.
