We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our customer services team. The role will involve:
1. Diary planning
2. Scheduling engineers
3. Arranging appointments with customers (telephone/email)
4. Quoting customers for maintenance contracts and repairs to their own equipment
5. Raising rental orders and POs
6. Taking front line phone calls from customers and suppliers
What you’ll need:
1. Excellent organisational skills
2. Strong communication skills both verbally and written
3. Accurate administrative skills
4. Excellent customer service experience
5. Feel comfortable liaising between customers, suppliers, and engineers
6. Adaptive and able to work under pressure
7. Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
