Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
My client, a national construction company, is looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Midlands Office.
The client specializes in new build and refurbishment work up to £5m and works across a variety of sectors, including retail, commercial, industrial, and leisure.
You will be responsible for managing multiple schemes (of shorter programme) as well as pre-construction pricing and planning.
The company is a very cash-rich business and stands in very good shape going forward.
