Our client is seeking a highly professional Credit Controller to join their team. The successful Credit Controller will work to manage money owed and ensure that clients adhere to agreed terms of payment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Allocating money received against existing invoices
2. Negotiating repayment plans with customers
3. Posting and allocating regular reports to accounting systems
4. Collecting payments
5. Managing overdue invoices, including by sending reminder letters
6. Working with clients to resolve disputes
Experience and Skills Requirements:
1. Experience in a similar role, such as in credit control or collections
2. Experience with Microsoft Office
3. Highly organised
4. Excellent attention to detail
5. Outgoing, and able to form positive relationships with clients
6. Strong telephone manner, and ability to handle potentially uncomfortable conversations
