Foster strong, trusting relationships with students to encourage confidence and independence. Monitor and report student progress to teachers and contribute to individual education plans (IEPs). Who We’re Looking For: Experience: Prior experience working with children or young people with ADHD is highly desirable. Skills: Strong behaviour management skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students. Knowledge: Familiarity with ADHD strategies and interventions is a plus.
