Fusion is looking to hire an experienced Account Manager for a full time, permanent position within their Client Services team. This is currently a hybrid position, working full-time, Monday - Friday, offering a minimum of 3 days in the office in Bedfordshire and 2 working from home if preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery of strategy, planning and coordination of multiple event marketing campaigns.
* Client management – day to day contact to include delivery of results, KPI’s, client presentations, responding to client requests.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, whilst maintaining the ability to influence client contacts where appropriate.
* Advise and make recommendations to the client to achieve business objectives.
* Regular attendance at agency and client meetings, covering current campaigns, reporting on campaign activity and results, the ideation of future launch activity and tactical integration of ATL, traditional media and social media channels into all experiential activity.
* Work closely with Retailer Event Consultant team to pro-actively propose suitable event opportunities to retailers with the objective of increasing service engagement and upselling where appropriate.
* Issue resolution for retailer and client complaints.
* Analysis of data and creation of presentations to form recommendations to the client.
* Proactive establishment and maintenance of relationships with individual retailers and or groups. Leading network wide call rounds alongside retailer events consultants.
* Stay abreast of all Client Account marketing activity and work closely with Head of Retailer Events, the Retailer Events Team Leader & National Client Account Manager to ensure synergy across the account.
* Meeting and exceeding both client and business sales targets.
* Leading quarterly reviews of client asset management.
* Project management of creation of new event assets and event collateral.
* Collation and presentation of monthly resource spend across the business.
* Collaborate with other internal departments to create/revise client proposals and identify group wide opportunities.
* Assist with the delivery and dissemination of information from the client to the wider company, Event Production team, Studio, Warehouse and Operations.
* Regular reporting on account activity with Finance department. Deliver sound financial reporting and forecasting to client.
* Effective and proactive communication with Head of Retailer Events to ensure information is always up to date, including on key project updates and upcoming deadlines.
Skills / Experience:
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills (both verbal and written), capable of building strong, supportive relationships.
* Degree educated.
* Previous client account management experience. At least 3 years desirable.
* An enthusiastic, highly organised individual with a flexible working nature, excellent multi-tasking skills and a can-do attitude.
* Commercially astute.
* Attention to detail and work to a high standard.
* Resourceful, self-starting and excellent use of initiative.
* An ambitious professional, passionate and dedicated to building a great business.
* Computer literate using Microsoft packages.
* Full UK Driving Licence. No more than 6 penalty points.
