Job Description
As a Receptionist your responsibilities will include:
* Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
* Answering incoming calls, transferring calls, and taking messages.
* Performing general administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and scheduling.
* Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
* Arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms.
* Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
* Handling incoming and outgoing post.
* Supporting other team members with administrative tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
* A professional and friendly manner.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Proficiency in office software such as MS Office.
* Experience in a similar role within a not-for-profit setting.
