Our client is seeking a Manager in their Private Client division, offering a full-time role with a focus on driving operational excellence, delivering client services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients, managing a team, and supporting operational requirements. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality client service while developing business acumen and expanding commercial skills. Job Duties:
1. Drive operational excellence in the delivery of client services, ensuring service is delivered to client satisfaction within compliance and regulatory requirements.
2. Monitor data accuracy and completeness, conducting data reviews as required.
3. Develop knowledge of risk management practices and assist with overseeing operational requirements of the Private Client team.
4. Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding client needs, activities, and transactions.
5. Lead communications with clients at all levels, providing knowledgeable and professional service.
6. Identify and propose new opportunities to sell services, leveraging growing commercial acumen.
7. Manage and motivate a team, ensuring high-calibre work in line with client expectations.
8. Track and monitor team performance, delegating tasks appropriately and identifying training needs.
9. Review the quality of the team's work, providing feedback and coaching to enable growth and greater independence.
10. Participate in recruitment, performance appraisals, and performance management activities.
11. Contribute to profitability by overseeing financial management, including fee proposals, resourcing, time recording, invoicing, and cost management.
12. Ensure timely billing and cash collection and address fee disputes promptly.
13. Contribute to business development efforts by meeting or exceeding targets and supporting strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Trust and Company administration.
2. Qualified to a professional level or equivalent, such as STEP/CGI.
3. Meets the required standard as set by the local regulator.
